Triptolide regulates EP2 expression in LPS-stimulated microglia. (A) Rat primary microglia cells were stimulated with LPS (0.01 μg/mL) for 0, 1, 3, 6, 12, and 24 h. The cells were lysed for EP2 expression by real-time PCR analysis. (B) Rat primary microglia cells were stimulated with LPS (0.01 μg/mL) in the presence or absence of triptolide (50 nM) for 6 h. The cells were lysed for EP2 expression by real-time PCR analysis. (C) Primary rat microglial cells were stimulated with LPS (0.01 μg/mL) in the presence or absence of triptolide (50 nM) for 24 h.
