Microglia isolated from adult GPR110-WT and KO mice were treated with varying concentrations of synaptamide or A8 for 10 min. The fold change data are presented as mean ± SEM from a representative experiment out of three independent experiments performed in triplicates. C The cAMP production in primary microglia after stimulation with forskolin. No difference was found in the cAMP production from WT and KO microglia. The microglia cells were treated with 10 μM forskolin for 10 min and cAMP production was measured in triplicate. The data is representative of three independent experiments
