There are no differences between the wild-type controls and the pBri-treated TgSwDI mice. There are statistically significant differences between the vehicle control mice and the pBri-treated TgSwDI mice and wild-type controls using two-way ANOVA, and the treatment effect had P < 0.001. Newman–Keuls post hoc analyses indicate that both the wild-type controls and pBri-vaccinated Tg mice were significantly different from the control Tg mice (P < 0.001).
