Animals received a single intravenous injection of B3 (25 mg/kg) or its isotype control (Ab isotype), 30 minutes post injury. Data are mean ± standard error of the mean of triplicates. Statistical significance of B3 treatment was detected by one way analysis of variance followed by Bonferroni post hoc analysis, *P <0.05; significance of cytokine levels as a consequence of TBI injury is indicated by # P <0.05.
