Eight days after intraplantar administration of CFA, anterograde transport toward the periphery was blocked by a tight constriction of the sciatic nerve. Animals received three daily injection of INCB3344 or vehicle starting on day 8 post-CFA, 12 h before sciatic surgery. Hind paw volume was measured 48 h after the sciatic ligature.
